Sales & Reservation Hotel

1. Processes reservations by mail, telephone, whatsApp, or message.
2. Understand the selling status, rates, and benefits of all property.
3. Determines room rates based on the selling tactics of the property.
4. Communicates reservation information to the customer care.
5. Handle systems like channel Manager, Web booking engines, Rate comparison tools etc.
6. Update No-shows and cancellations on all OTA's without fail to avoid and unwanted commissions.
7. Tracks future room availabilities on the basis of reservations.
8. Helps develop room revenue and occupancy forecasts.
9. Handles daily correspondence. Responds to inquires and makes reservations as needed.
10. Tracks future room availability on the basis of reservations, and helps develop forecasts for room revenue and occupancy.
11. Open and close the availability as and when required of property in all the channels & website.
12. Configuring rates on the hotels property management system.
13. Handling all OTAs platform, update rates, promo, info, photo, & auto-replied messanger.
14. Preparation of sales report & occupancy forecast.
15. Reviews no-show and cancelled reservations and processes charges according to policy
16. Independently implements appropriate inventory distribution strategy; maintains accurate rates and inventory allotments in the OTAs, Channel Manager, and property PMS in a timely manner to promote rate parity throughout all booking channels.
17. Responsible for maintaining Rate parity across all booking Channels (Website, OTA, etc.)
18. Keep records of room availability, rates, amendments, daily reservation pickup, rooms on book, cancellations, no-show, etc.
19. Tracks daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly statistics for analytical, budgeting and forecasting purposes.
20. Handles the reservation correspondence accurately and neatly and follow up for any missing correspondence before guest arrival.

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
