Position: Administrative & Government Liaison Manager
**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
Manage daily administrative tasks and operations efficiently.
Act as a liaison between our organization and government agencies, fostering productive relationships.
Stay updated with government regulations, policies, and compliance requirements relevant to our industry.
Coordinate meetings, prepare reports, and facilitate communication between internal teams and government officials.
Develop strategies to advocate for the organization's interests within the government framework.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in administrative management, with a focus on government relations or public affairs.
Strong knowledge of government protocols, regulations, and procedures.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to handling challenges.
Additional Requirements:
Familiarity with relevant software tools for administrative tasks and government communication.
A track record of successful government liaison activities is highly desirable.
**Salary**: RM4,500.00 - RM8,500.00 per month
