Your duties as the **Building Manager** of any building(s) to be assigned by the EVP / HOD, where your duties will include but not be limited to the following:
- To assist Executive Vice President / Senior Vice President in managing and be responsible for the day-to-day operation of Property Management Dept.

a) To be overall in charge of and directly responsible for the planning, implementation, supervision and manage the building operations.

b) To ensure that the building in charge is well maintained, properly run, clean and secure

c) To be overall responsible for supervision of the client, tenant & visitor in the building

d) To be conversant in:
- i) Writing good and effective correspondence.

ii) General market intelligence of the property management & FM matters;
iii) Formulating and implementing with guidance and assistance from your superiors the following:

- Building management systems (including Preventive Maintenance Program)
- Insurance Management
- Building and Service Audit
- Security Matters
- Housekeeping
- Safety and Health issues
- Reporting to clients on ad-hoc, weekly and monthly report
- Management of site staff, contractual contractors and non-contractual contractors.

e) You are required to:
- i) To prepare OPEX & CAPEX budget and control operational costs.

ii) Assist in carrying out proper marketing of the other professional services offered by Savills group of companies in Malaysia.

iii) Project a professional image of Savills group in Malaysia from time to time as requested.

iv) Uphold a good personal image and conduct.

v) Carry out any duties & comply to house rules as directed by Savills group in Malaysia.

vi) Abide and be guided by the Code of Ethics, Guidelines and Rules and Regulations for Valuers and Estate Agent (BOVEAP)

**Job Type**: Contract

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
