**Job Descriptions: -**
- Master all basic cooking methods like cutting of ingredients.
- Prepare fresh ingredients for cooking according to menu/sop needed for the station daily.
- Responsible for proper storage of food preparation and storage area.
- Improving your food preparation methods based on feedback.
- To perform overall cleaning duty of the kitchen area, all crockery and equipment.
- To always maintain food safety standard.
- Be familiar with the use of all electrical and mechanical equipment in the kitchen and
- observe safety precautions when handling them.
- To undertake any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Head Chef & Chef De Partie.
- Ability to work in a team.
**Work Requirements: -**
- At least have 1 Year experience in same job role in F&B industry.
- Good team player able to work independently.
- Able to work weekends, public holidays, and shifts.
- Be able to follow directions from the Head chef and be consistent with the food
- preparation.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene practices.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering top-quality dishes.
- Adaptability and the ability to handle a fast-paced kitchen environment.
