**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Being responsible for production planning analysis and expedite CTB (clean to build).
- Forecast summary analysis and compilation for management review.
- Plan daily production schedule according to customer build plan and provide planed production schedule to various departments.
- Ensure adherence of production plan to customer order and on time delivery
- Compile and update forecast summary for management review.
- Liaise with customer for new order, delivery requirements and coordinate with internal department.
- Communicate feedback to internal department in relation to delivery, quality and output.
- Prepare overall build and ship report for top management review.
- Monitor and guide production planner on daily routine job.
- Assist on inventory stock count for every month end.
- E&O Inventory management.
- E&O analysis and perform liability claim.
- Perform any other duties as and when assigned by superior.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Diploma/Degree
- Computer knowledge: Office suites (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Waterfall Chart
- Good in Mathematics
- Good in SAP will be advantage.
- Minimum 2-year relevant experience or equivalent experience

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,800.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Planning: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)
