Handle Administrative Tasks.
Perform Administrative Tasks Such as Filing, Typing, Copying, Binding, Scanning Etc.
Knowledge In Ms Office and Ms Excel
Prepare Invoices, Purchase Orders, Delivery Orders.
Prepare Memo Calculations Stock Update
Handling Lorry outstation Sehedules
Attend to phone calls promptly and politely and redirect to relevant staff
Attend to courier pickups and dispatches;
Develop and maintain a filing system
**Job Requirements**:
- Primary/High School, Diploma/Adv. Diploma
Proficient In the Use of All Microsoft Office Tools
**Required Language(S)**: English, Malay and Mandarin
