**Requirements**
- Proven experience in operating and monitoring security systems, ideally in a control room environment.
- Familiarity with security systems such as CCTV, burglar alarms, panic buttons, CMS, access control, fire alarm panels, lift intercoms, and safes digital locks.
- Strong ability to assess situations quickly, make decisions, and take appropriate action during emergencies.
- Ability to monitor systems effectively, identify irregularities, and ensure operational efficiency through random audits.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively coordinate with security personnel and report incidents.
- Ability to respond swiftly to alarms, incidents, and emergencies while remaining calm under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, especially during high-pressure situations.
- Comfortable using control room software and handling complex security systems.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
- A diploma or equivalent in a related field is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods and react quickly during emergency situations.

**Responsibility**
- **Operate and Monitor Security Systems **:Manage various systems, including CCTV, Burglar Alarm, Panic Button, Central Monitoring System (CMS), Security Access Control, Fire Alarm Panel, Lift Intercom and Safes Digital Lock.
- **Investigate and Analyze **:Conduct CCTV playback when necessary to investigate incidents. Perform random CCTV audits to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
- **Respond to Emergencies **:Act as the Dispatcher during emergencies by mobilizing and deploying Security Personnel effectively. Respond quickly and decisively to alarms, incidents, and any unusual activity.
- **System Maintenance and Reporting **:Ensure all safety and security systems are well-maintained. Identify and report any shortfalls or technical issues to the relevant teams promptly.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
