Fresh graduates are welcome. As a Commis Chef, you will work closely with our chefs to prepare ingredients, maintain a clean kitchen environment, and assist in cooking dishes to our high standards. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their culinary career who is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced kitchen.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of dishes and can work independent.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in all kitchen areas
- Follow health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards
- Prepare ingredients and basic food items
- Ensure proper storage and labelling of food
- Participate in stock control and kitchen inventory tasks
- Work as part of a team to ensure smooth kitchen operations
**Requirements**:
- Basic culinary training or experience in a kitchen setting
- Passion for food and a willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,285.07 per month
