**About the role**

We are currently looking for Cloud Financial Operation Analyst to join our dynamic and innovative engineering teams in Malaysia. As a Cloud Financial Operation Analyst of the Cloud Operations team, you will be working directly with the production systems behind all Sitecore Cloud offerings.

**What you’ll do**
- Manage and streamline Sitecore MCS activation and billing processes.
- Provide timely scheduled Billing and invoice reporting for stakeholders.
Continually look for and drive efficient and innovative working practices to improve billing processes.
- Manage Sitecore customer billing and invoice issues globally.
- Collaborate with Sitecore Product Team, Customer success organization as well as the Sales Organization globally.

**What you need to succeed**
- Good understanding of SQL server, SQL Database and T-SQL language.
- Good understanding of REST API - tool (i.e Postman, Swagger).
- Good understanding on PowerShell script.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent problem solving and logical thinking skills; Able to work independently with little supervision.
- 1-2 years of experience in enterprise activation and billing process.
**Additional Skills That Could Set You Apart**
- Experience with Microsoft Azure or other cloud environments.
- Experience in DevOps is a plus - tools (i.e Team City, Azure DevOps).
- ITIL tools - ServiceNow.
