- Take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Make recommendations based on customer preferences.
- Order Handling
- Input orders into POS (Point of Sale) systems.
- Communicate with kitchen and bar staff for timely order preparation.
- Serve food and drinks in a timely and courteous manner.
- Table Management
- Check on customers during meals to ensure satisfaction.
- Clear plates, glasses, and other dining ware after use.
- Refill drinks and attend to any additional customer needs.
- Billing and Payment
- Prepare checks and handle various payment methods (cash, credit/debit cards, mobile payments).
- Provide correct change and receipts.
- Cleanliness and Setup
- Set and reset tables for new guests.
- Maintain cleanliness of dining area.
- Assist in opening and closing duties (e.g., restocking, sweeping, arranging tables).
