_**Industry: Paint, Coating, and Adhesive Manufacturing**_
- Conduct face-to-face meetings/discussion with Interior Designers for recruitment into company ID CRM program, based on existing leads/database.
- Follow-up on leads from customer care team, project specification team, retail sales team and painter team.
- Identify new leads (IDs) thru’ ID associations, and relevant business network sessions /events.
- Facilitating support required for IDs through \ colour preview service, colour collaterals, sample colour panels, product and painter recommendation.
- Solicit feedback and insights from customer (IDs) and latest industry’s trend/practice.
- Report on competitors’ intelligence
- Execute the ID program plan based on planned face-to-face meetings with recruited IDs.
- Follow-up with IDs on implemented program mechanics and campaigns.
- Disburse relevant colour collaterals to recruited IDs as per allocation.
- Provide painting job leads to painter team.
- Facilitate IDs product enquiries with Brand Managers, Product Trainer.
- Facilitate and follow up on requested sample colour panels, colour collateral.
- Facilitate product training for recruited IDs, working with Product Trainer.
- Facilitate Colour preview service for IDs, working with Colour Consultant team Lead.

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum Diploma required, Marketing/Design related graduation will be added advantage**:

- **Minimum 3 years’ experience in Customer Service / Marketing / Sales.**:

- **Proficient in design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator will be added advantage.**:

- **Passionate in the areas of design, colours and architecture.**:

- **Fluent in both verbal and written English. Proficiency in other languages will be an added advantage**:

- **Good communication skills especially in customer facing.**

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM904.88 - RM3,000.00 per month
