**Qualifications**:
BS or MS in EE, Microelectronics, Computer Science or Electro Mechanical engineering or related field Preferred Qualifications of more than 5 years' experience in Managing a team of technicians. A strong team player and ability to work with supplier, customer and technology development team. History of building effective teams that continue to grow and foster in a dynamic environment. Proven record in solving complicated problems through a structured approach. Must also be able to demonstrate leadership and ability to manage stakeholder effectively. Self-motivated, self-directed, and able to work effectively both independently and within a team. Effective leadership, communication skills, and interpersonal skills, with ability to influence, educate and coach others.
