**Qualifications & experience**
- Experience in content creation, social media marketing, and e-commerce livestreaming.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and able to think outside the box.
- Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in multiple languages.

**Tasks & responsibilities**
- Lead and manage the content team to create engaging and high-converting content.
- Plan, strategize, and oversee content for **e-commerce live streaming sessions** and various social media platforms.
- Develop engaging content for both **online and offline** channels to enhance employer branding.
- Work closely with the livestream team to ensure content aligns with brand identity and marketing goals.
- Develop compelling scripts, visuals, and promotional materials to boost engagement and sales.
- Analyze content performance and optimize strategies for maximum reach and impact.
