- Assisting with job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
- Coordinating and conducting new employee orientations, preparing necessary paperwork, and assisting with exit procedures
- Collecting and verifying time and attendance records, assisting with payroll calculations, and resolving payroll discrepancies.
- Helping employees enroll in benefits programs, answering benefits-related questions, and ensuring compliance with benefit policies.
- Assisting with the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.
- Addressing employee inquiries, resolving minor workplace conflicts, and escalating more complex issues to senior HR staff.
- Maintaining and updating employee data within the HR information system.
- Handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, managing the HR inbox, and other clerical tasks as needed.
