Commercial Support Officer

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Commercial Support Officer to join our team. This role plays a critical part in supporting the sales department and enhancing client satisfaction.
- Managing client reservations and walk-in customer arrangements.
- Preparing and submitting various sales reports (monthly performance, RFG, GPS, incidents, etc.).
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships to understand and meet their needs.
- Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and providing effective solutions.
- Collaborating with finance, procurement, admin, and operations teams.
- Managing administrative tasks including quotations, agreements, vehicle schedules, and documentation (invoices, deposits, stamping, etc.).
- Following up on outstanding summons and vehicle body repairs.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant working experience in sales support, administration, or customer service roles.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to handle client inquiries, provide effective solutions, and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Excellent time management, able to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and submit reports promptly.
- Capable of working independently with mínimal supervision.
