**Summary of Essential Job Functions**:

- Responsible for online and offline design-related works, from conception to final output.
- Design, sourcing, research, plan and develop merchandise for every season, company products, programs and activities.
- Monitor and keep a minimum safety stock level and consider promotions, price changes and clear-outs.
- Working with suppliers to negotiate prices and order large volumes.
- To research and propose new concepts and design mock-ups.
- Maximize customer interest and sales levels by displaying products appropriately.
- Support and coordinate for marketing events and company new product launching program.

**Requirements**:

- Process at least Diploma or Degree in Multimedia, Advertising/Media, Mass Communications, Marketing, Business, Computer Science or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): Innovative, creative, planning, coordination and market sensitivity.
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Team work and work with less guidance.
- Fresh graduates encourage to apply.
