Maintenance Technician with Chargeman A4 - Strata Apartment Buildings

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct routine inspections of strata apartment buildings to identify maintenance needs.
- Perform repairs and maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, genset, and carpentry work.
- Maintain common areas, including lobbies, hallways, and recreational facilities, ensuring cleanliness and safety.
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for specialized repairs or projects.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents and address their concerns in a professional manner.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, expenses, and inventory.

**Requirements**:

- Certified Chargeman A4.
- Proven experience in building maintenance or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of building systems and equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and respond to emergencies as needed.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.
- Fresh graduate are welcome.

**Salary**: RM2,100.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
