About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping others, can thrive in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to grow professionally in the service industry.
Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist walk-in customers in a courteous and professional manner
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints, providing effective and timely resolutions
- Carry out administrative duties and support daily branch operations as needed
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery
What We’re Looking For:

- Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English (Mandarin is an added advantage)
- Willing to learn and start from an entry-level position
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus
Working Hours:

- Daily: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- Location-based: On-site at Endah Parade, Sri Petaling
Compensation & Benefits:

- Monthly Salary: RM2,200 - RM3,000
- Attendance Bonus
