**Job Title**:
Manager, HC Information System

**Reports To**:
Senior Manager, HC Analytics & Reporting

**Role Purpose**:
Responsible on the overall HC System (i.e. SAP, SuccessFactors, iJourney, etc.) administration and operations and ensuring all the affected stakeholders are served with utmost satisfaction based on the requirements and improved Human Capital processes as well as the best industry practice. Initiates and implements improvements in all areas related to Information Technology (IT) & serves as main point of contact on all IT-related matters.

**Key Accountability**:

- To initiate and coordinate a discussion with system support team in resolving the surfaced issues and delivering the resolutions within the agreed timeline
- Collaborate with the other HC department, plan, develop, organize, implement and evaluate the organization’s human resources functions and annual goals
- To serve as HC System Owner role for Human Capital Division community on any IT related matters and ensuring all concerns raised are handled and serviced with satisfaction
- To monitor consistently HC system data integrity as to ensure report accuracy and meeting the end-user expectation and satisfaction

**Qualification & Experience**:
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related with 1-2 yrs - Management role, 6-7 yrs - Project Management with 5 years experience in IT system/software implementation and support. Experienced as HRIS would be an advantage. Any additional training or certifications would be valued.
