Growth Strategy and Implementation
- Plan, strategise and execute all marketing campaigns, funnels, and initiatives by following the growth methodology - prioritsing the most impactful ideas and executing them fast
- Conduct A/B testing on all initiatives
- Connect with external partners and stakeholders to expand our marketing reach
- Collaborate with the product team to develop quality marketing content and materials
- Collaborate with the sales team to produce effective communication strategies and set and track revenue growth and targets
- Manage online marketing mediums including paid advertisements
- Update and maintain lead management details on the Company’s CRM
- Strategise and implement tactics to improve the conversion rate
- Analyse data to evaluate the success of their marketing efforts and come up with new ideas to improve brand marketing and exposure
- Manage the budget of the marketing department and monitor the return on investment for each campaign and initiative

Website Management
- Build, manage and optimize content for the website

Exhibitions and Conferences
- Participate in exhibitions or conferences

Research and Reports
- Conduct market research and assist in the identification of emerging markets, market shifts and competition status
- Prepare reports for each marketing campaign and initiative
- Prepare market analysis reports and other relevant reports necessary for the benefit of the sales and marketing team
