Flywind Holidays Sdn Bhd is seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that promote our travel services while driving sales growth and expanding our client base.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive business growth.
- Identify potential clients and generate leads through various channels, including networking, social media, and industry events.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Create promotional materials and campaigns that effectively communicate our services and value proposition.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of travel packages and services.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management, adjusting strategies as needed to meet targets.
- Attend trade shows and conferences to promote the company and discover new business opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the travel industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence clients.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and techniques.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a passion for travel.

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
