- To control and guide general workers under his charge.
- Supervision of work according to specification and schedule.
- Planning of material requisition/ purchase and ensure timely order and delivery of materials.
- Quality control of site safety and environment monitoring.
- Ensure standard operating procedure complete in documentation, in accordance to the Company Quality, Environmental, Safety & Health Management System.
- Impection and testing of works.
- Ensure plant and machinaries are in orderduring mobilization or demobilization at plant.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM or equivalent with 5 years supervisory experience in construction / steel fabrication / manufacturing environment
- Able to interpret specifications, AutoCAD drawings and breakdown works to be assigned to individual or groups
- Strong analytical skills and effective problem solving ability
- Independent, result-oriented with a high degree of intergrity, initiative and strong leadership skills.
