- Associate’s degree, diploma, or certification in Culinary Arts is advantageous.
- Communicate well in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Able to work on shifts (including night shift), weekends and public holidays
- Ability to stand for long hours at a time and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, responsible engaging personality, civilized, and a plus point to have problem-solving skills
- Typhoid injection and Food Handling Certificate (KKM) is required
- No health issue/critical illness and able to maintain good attendance at work

**JOB DESCRIPTIONS**:

- **Customer Service**:_
- Greet customers warmly and provide a friendly, welcoming atmosphere.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Able to explain all menus clearly to customers, and to promote/up sell the products at all times
- Make recommendations based on customer preferences and menu offerings.
- Ensure prompt and courteous service to enhance the overall customer experience.
- **Coffee Preparation**:_
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including espresso, cappuccinos, lattes, etc
- Operate coffee brewing equipment, grinders, and other machinery.
- Master the art of milk steaming and latte art to create visually appealing beverages.
- Ensure accurate measurement of ingredients for consistent taste and quality standards by following the right SOP
- **Cash Register Operation**:_
- Operate the cash register, handle cash transactions, e-wallet, cards, and process customer payments accurately.
- Issue receipts, refunds, or exchanges as required.
- Up sell additional products and promotions to maximize sales opportunities.
- Maintain knowledge of current pricing, discounts, and special offers.
- **Cleanliness and Maintenance**:_
- Keep the cafe area clean, tidy, and well-maintained at all times.
- Clean and sanitize tables, counters, and equipment regularly.
- Monitor supplies, such as cups, napkins, and condiments, and report to lead barista
- Empty trash and ensure proper waste disposal procedures are followed.
- Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping and mopping the floor.
- **Ad-hoc Task**:_
- Ad-hoc task given by leader

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
