Accounts & Operations Admin Executive

We are a food manufacturing company searching for a motivated Accounts & Operations Admin Executive who is an excellent multitasker with exceptional mathematics, communication and time management skills. Your role will be to assist the Accounting Department on invoicing, accounts payable, purchasing, product data entry, transactions recording, clerical and administrative tasks. You will also assist in ensuring the operations administration such as the stock management of product packaging and label. Assisting the Manager and management on any office necessities. You should be thorough, accurate, dynamic and honest with good bookkeeping skills. You must have a cheerful, team-player, spontaneous and like-to-move characters as this job may require some actions at departments.
**Responsibilities**:
- Receiving, printing purchase order, invoicing documents preparation.
- Keying in creditors invoice and in charge of local product purchase.
- In charge of product packaging materials stock management and orders.
- Liaising with printer for label/ sticker orders with the provided artworks.
- Overlooking office administration necessities and production department requirements.
- Keying production into retail stock adjustment in system.
- Keying purchase invoice into system.
- Performing basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, answering phones, processing the mail, sales order related.
- Helping in logistic when required.
- Assisting manager and management as well as sales representatives in any requirements. Performing other ad-hoc tasks when required.
- Other admin and office day-to-day running tasks.
**Requirements**:
A minimum of diploma holder in related field with preference to previous basic accounting experience.
Proficiency with computers and bookkeeping software, strong typing skills.
Familiarity with basic accounting principles.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good mathematic calculations and sense is essential.
**Job Type**:
Full-time (5 days working)
- Monday to Friday (9.00am - 6.00pm)
**Salary**:
RM2,200.00 - RM2,400.00 per month to start based on experience
**Education**:
- Diploma in Business Accounting or similar
**Experience**:
- Administration: 1 year (preferred)
- Accounting: 2 years (preferred)
**Skills**:
- Knowledge on accounting software such as AutoCount/SQL (preferred)
- Proficent in Ms Word & Ms Excel
**Language**:
- Mandarin (preferred)
- Bahasa (Compulsory)
- English (Compulsory)
**Education**:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
**Ability to Commute**:
- Taman Putra Perdana, Puchong (near Cyberjaya)
**Residence Distance to Work**:
- 20-30km radius to work place, Taman Putra Perdana
