- Manage all the Lab operational activities that happen inside the Lab - Scope as defined by the Lab operations team
- Be responsible for Lab Capacity planning - Based on the current assets, available power, bench / rack capacity, Board demand forecast
- Take accountability for Lab build up, expansion, retro-fit
- This person is responsible for creating and maintaining a lab environment that maximizes engineering productivity and is compliant to Corporate Lab standards
- Ensures physical lab infrastructure (networking, power, etc.) supports in-person and remote development and validation products
- Sets up and maintains test platforms physically present in the labs
- Manage/supervise subcontracted lab technicians
- Manage Lab Space
- Monitor lab usage; address inefficiencies; seek growth options as needed.
- Manages Pre-Production and stock hardware inventory records
- Ensures the lab is compliant to Corporate directives - Safety, Training, PPHW tracking, IT Info Security, etc.
- Ensures networks and systems adhere to Corp Info Security standards for patching, virus scanning, access point registration, etc.
- Manages Capital forecasting
- Partners with broader Lab Operations community, Customer Services, IT, etc. to achieve business objectives, and to ensure alignment with broader Intel initiatives
- Responsible for technical functions in support of engineering activities such as design, test, checkout, modifications, of design circuitry, electromechanical systems, or specialized test equipment
- Own and drive BCP for the Lab

**Qualifications**:
Minimum 5+ years of experience in managing Labs. Ability to manage/drive change for effective management of labs. Work with diverse set of teams and BUs.
