Traffic Specialist L Logistics

Provide support and assistance to team members of stockroom area to ensure essential functions are performed daily. These may include Job Kitting, Data Entry, managing Shortages, Discrepancies, and PO Receiving.
- Provide information and assistance to all employees with shipping and inventory questions or concerns
- Administer primary function training and cross-training of permanent and temporary employee
- Maintain an interactive relationship with purchasing and other members of Materials Group
- Report problem areas or issues within dock and stockroom areas and or interaction of either with other areas or groups
- Report performance and quality issues of shipping vendors, assist in damage claims as necessary
- Aquire competing Quotations and make necessary arrangements of Freight shipments. Prepare necessary documents including Bills of Lading for freight shipments of parts and full automated systems
- Coordinate shipping arrangements with Project Managers, Operations, and/or Customers as necessary
- Participate in preparations and execution of annual physical inventory
- Pack and ship customer orders, RTV items, and samples
- Maintain good working knowlwge of stockroom functions. This includes Kitting, Receiving, and part distribution
- Inform Materials Manager of staffing issues to maintain job function responsibilities and anticipated workload
- Assist Materials Manager in hiring and onboarding of new employees

**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary
