**职责内容**:

- 接收货品, 零售, 补货并进行实物盘点。
- 拥有良好的产品知识, 并且提供优质的客户服务。
- 必要时协助收银。
- 安排, 管理和审查员工值班表, 以确保有足够的人手。
- 负责开闭店, 包括核对销售, 现金和信用卡交易。
- 保持准确的库存记录。
- 有效地处理和解决客户投诉。
- 确保月度销售目标达标和帮助员工达成销售目标。
- 监督店铺的日常运营和促销活动。
- 提供新员工培训。
- 保持店铺清洁, 并确保产品陈列整齐。
- 确保商店安全和员工警觉性, 以尽量减少偷窃和盗窃的风险。
- 向管理层提出任何潜在的改进计划。
- 服从上级和管理层分配的任何其他职责。
**任职要求**:

- 应聘者必须至少拥有 SPM或相关文凭。
- 具有至少2-3年零售管理经验的应聘者将有额外优势。
- 应聘者能够良好使用英文和马来文进行交流; 能够使用华文进行交流将具有额外的优势。
- 良好的客户服务, 并能与客户建立积极关系。
- 具有良好的组织能力, 多任务处理能力和时间管理能力。
- 具备分析能力, 能够评估销售和绩效指标。
- 具有能力有效处理和解决客户投诉。
- 拥有自己的交通工具。
- 愿意轮班 (早班或下午班: 10am至 7pm或 2pm至10pm, 包含1小时休息), 包括周末和公共假期。
