**Talent Acquisition Consultant**
Consults and collaborates with hiring managers/business leaders and human resources to implement the talent acquisition process and understand the talent acquisition strategy for junior to senior-level hiring needs within area of responsibility

**We will count on you to**:
- Provide recruiting expertise and guidance to hiring managers
- Captures and analyzes competitive intelligence and develops market mapping.
- Effectively utilize sourcing tools such as Phenom, HireVue, etc. across all TA COEs
- Monitors firm-wide social media feeds, forums, talent networks and groups to identify trends and opportunities in our employer brand perception.
- Actively participate in projects or global initiatives related to sourcing and employer branding media marketing to improve awareness of our employer brand in the talent market.
- Consults and partners with TA leaders and TAC's to implement the talent acquisition sourcing strategy for hiring needs
- Maintains applicant tracking database integrity and follows talent acquisition policy, processes, and all applicable laws.
**What you need to have**:
- 8+ years of end-to-end recruiting experience for roles in Malaysia
- Proven experience in hiring for **Insurance, Financial Services and Consulting**:
- Strong knowledge of social media, search/innovative sourcing techniques
- Show a true passion for Talent Acquisition and Ability to influence practice leaders and senior management and build trust.
