**Digital Content Creator (Video & Graphic)**
- Develop and produce creative **video, visual, and written content** for social media (FB, IG, TikTok), e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada & TikTok Shop), and the company website.
- **Design digital assets** including graphics, banners, and marketing collaterals to ensure consistent brand identity.
- Plan, schedule, and execute **content calendars**and **marketing campaigns** in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Manage social media posting, online community engagement, and customer inquiries across digital platforms.
- Monitor, analyse, and report digital performance metrics, and coordinate with external agencies or influencers to enhance campaign effectiveness.

**Requirements**:

- Someone who genuinely **enjoys snacks**:

- Proficiency in **photo/video editing tools** (CapCut, Canva, Lightroom, and AI-based tools).
- Proficiency in **AI platforms** such as **ChatGPT**and other generative AI tools.
- Experience in social media or digital marketing, with solid understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
- Strong knowledge of major social media & e-commerce platforms (FB, IG, TikTok, Shopee, Lazada).
- Creative content writing, photography, and editing skills for digital and social media use.
- Good written and spoken communication skills in English and Malay, with strong design sense and visual creativity.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
