**Summary**

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Learning & Development (L&D) Intern to support our Lam Malaysia manufacturing site. As an intern, you will gain hands-on experience in various aspects of learning and development, including program management and coordination, content creation, and engaging with multiple stakeholders.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate training program arrangements (logistics, scheduling and venue preparations).
- Support, maintain and update L&D documentation (forms, feedback, policies, training records, attendance).
- Support and assists TNA cycle and publish learning calendar for business units working closely with HRBP.
- Assist in the development and delivery of training programs, workshops, and team interventions.
- Support in assessing the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvements.
- Coordinate and communicate on L&D initiatives.
- Plan and support learning and development projects.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Currently pursuing a degree related to Human Resources, Psychology, Business, Communication or any other related field. Preferably in final semester with 6 months duration.
- Fluent English communication skills for written and verbal, other language proficiency is an added advantage.
- Proficient with MS Office; strong PowerPoint and Excel skills preferred.
- Self-starter, Eager to learn, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks.
