**SKILLS AND EXPERTISE (CONTENT CREATOR)Creativity & Content Production**
- Able to create engaging content for social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube).
- Skilled in **CapCut** and **Canva** for video editing, graphic design, and layout creation.
- Able to record, edit, and publish high-quality **videos**, product demos, and promotional content.
- Must be **not shy in front of the camera** and comfortable appearing in videos or livestreams.

**Product Listings & Social Media Management**
- Create attractive and accurate **product listings** with proper titles, descriptions, images, and videos.
- Maintain consistency in brand visuals and messaging across all platforms.
- Able to manage posting schedules and upload content based on marketing timelines.

**Script Writing & Brainstorming**
- Write simple and effective **scripts** for videos, product reviews, promotions, and storytelling.
- Participate actively in **brainstorming sessions** with the marketing team to generate fresh ideas.
- Stay updated with trends, viral content styles, and audience preferences.

**Technical Skills**
- Proficiency in smartphone photography/videography.
- Ability to use basic content creation tools such as:

- CapCut
- Canva
- TikTok/Instagram editing tools
- Basic understanding of social media algorithms and SEO for content visibility.

**Attention to Detail**
- Ensure all content is accurate, visually appealing, and aligned with company branding.
- Able to proofread, check visual quality, and deliver polished final outputs.

**Teamwork**
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and design teams to plan campaigns and content ideas.
- Ability to communicate clearly, accept feedback, and collaborate professionally.

**PHYSICAL & PERSONAL REQUIREMENTSConfidence & On-Camera Presence**
- Must be **comfortable and confident in front of the camera** for filming and livestreaming.
- Friendly appearance and positive on-screen energy.

**Energy & Stamina**
- Able to participate in long content shooting sessions if needed.
- Maintain enthusiasm and creativity during tight deadlines.

**BRAND & CAMPAIGN COORDINATION**
- Understand campaign goals and create content that aligns with marketing strategies.
- Contribute to planning seasonal promotions, product launches, and social media activities.
- Assist in tracking content performance and providing simple feedback reports.

**ADDITIONAL ADVANTAGES**
- Experience in content creation, social media management, e-commerce, or digital marketing.
- Familiar with current social media trends and viral formats.
- Ability to use additional editing tools (Photoshop, Premiere Pro) is a bonus.

**OTHER QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS**

**1. Education Level**
- Minimum qualification: SPM or equivalent.

**2. Appearance & Professionalism**
- Must be neat, well-groomed, and camera-ready when required.
- Demonstrate professionalism in communication and teamwork.

**3. Technical Skills**
- Strong skills in CapCut, Canva, and smartphone videography.
- Familiarity with social media management tools is a plus.

**4. Attitude & Discipline**
- Creative, proactive, and willing to learn new content styles.
- Punctual, disciplined, and able to meet deadlines.
- Open to working on weekends or public holidays for special campaigns if required.

**5. Communication Skills**
- Able to communicate fluently and present ideas clearly.
- Comfortable interacting with team members and appearing in videos.

**6. Experience (if any)**
- Previous experience as a content creator, influencer, editor, or social media executive is an advantage but not mandatory.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
