**Skop Kerja - Pegawai Pentadbiran (Invois & Operasi)**
- Mengurus dan menghantar invois kepada pelanggan tepat pada masanya.
- Berhubung dan membuat susulan (follow-up) dengan pelanggan berkaitan sebarang urusan pembayaran atau pertanyaan.
- Menjawab panggilan telefon pejabat dan mengendalikan pertanyaan dengan mesra dan profesional.
- Menyediakan dokumentasi berkaitan akaun seperti ringkasan SST, ringkasan invois dan dokumen lain yang berkaitan.
- Menguruskan proses tuntutan (claims) syarikat mengikut prosedur yang ditetapkan.
- Bertindak sebagai penghubung antara pegawai operasi dan pelanggan bagi memastikan kelancaran aliran operasi.
- Membuat susulan bulanan berkaitan bayaran pelanggan bagi memastikan kutipan yang efisien.
- Menyediakan dokumen bulanan yang diperlukan untuk tujuan penghantaran invois.
- Mendaftar kod kerja (jobcode) baharu bagi tapak atau projek baharu yang diterima.
- Menyediakan dan mengendalikan kontrak serta urusan insurans bagi setiap tapak baharu.
**Keperluan**:
- Diploma/Ijazah dalam **Sumber Manusia**, **Pentadbiran Perniagaan**, atau bidang berkaitan.
- Sekurang-kurangnya **1 tahun pengalaman** dalam bidang operation, diutamakan dalam industri keselamatan.
- Kemahiran dalam menggunakan **Microsoft Office** (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Mempunyai **kemahiran organisasi dan penyelesaian masalah** yang baik.
- **Kemahiran komunikasi dan interpersonal** yang cemerlang.
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
