**What you’ll do**:

- Provide business analysis support to the team including preparing analytic reports and handling correspondence.
- Ensure all documents, records and files are properly maintained via electronically stored and/or hardcopy.
- Serve as the point of contact for relevant parties, managing communications and disseminating related information.
- Assist team head in conducting regular business reviews with clients to ensure client's satisfaction and areas for improvement.
- Provide implementation support and keep client partners updated on new products and services.
- Support all other duties as assigned by the team head.

**Join us if you**:

- At least 1 year of experience in business support, or business analysis in the financial services industry (fresh graduates welcome to apply).
- Bachelor's degree in business, analytic, marketing, or any related field.
- Agile, adaptable and resourceful personality.
- Able to communicate in Mandarin is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills and experience with Microsoft Office, Excel.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Have own transportation is a plus.
