Performing day-to-day accounting operations.
- Handle accounts payable, account receivable and cashbook.
- Handle general accounting, accounting filing, reports are prepared in an accurate and timely manner.
- Handle cheque preparation, staff claims and issue payment vouchers.
- Frequent update customers and suppliers on invoicing and payments, and quick response to their enquiry.
- Ensure proper maintenance of documentation and filing to support all accounting entries.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by management from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or min 2 years experience in Finance/Accounting/LCCI/Business Administration, Major accounting or related field.
- Creative thinking skills, and ability to solve problems.
- Great analytical skills, independance, and ability to work under pressure.
- UBS experience will be highly considered.
