Internship - Moulding Technician

Daily mould set-up according to Mould/Insert Change Requisition issued by planner.

Advance preparation of mould and tools to achieve shortest set-up time.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Confirmation of raw material availability and preheating.
- Setting referred to standard moulding condition then record optimum moulding parameters onto Daily Mould Check Sheet (PD11).
- Confirm part according to quality requirements before submitting to IPQC for 1st piece confirmation approval.
- 1st hour monitoring to ensure production consistency.
- Regular discussion with superior on mould problems affecting quality for necessary action to be carry-out.
- Strictly observed safety awareness and proper house-keeping at all time.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

**JOB REQUIREMENT**:

- Basic knowledge and experience with Mould.
- Good communication and interpersonal skill.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: RM700.00 per month

**Education**:

- Malaysian Special Skills Certificate (preferred)
