**PRODUCT SPECIFICATION EXECUTIVE**:
**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Working closely and successfully specifying with architects, consultant and developers on companys material for local construction projects.
- To organise & conduct specific meetings/presentation to clients.
- To conduct field visits to ascertain roof warranty commitment & approve technical complaints from customers.
- Understand the brand & product value proposition and develop business strategy for new opportunities and prospects.
- Coordinate with proposals group for submission of tenders and proposals.
- Work closely with internal Technical team for product development and issue management.
- Account for pricing strategy within the region including contract negotiation.
- Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, and measuring results.
- Manage and develop working relationships with any local partners.

**Requirements**:

- Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Architectural, Civil Engineering, or relevant engineering studies.
- Proven work experience in Product Specification portfolio. Minimum of 3 years of working experience in Product Specifications.
- Hands-on experience with multiple strategies planning & implementation.
- Good track record of project leads strategies (segmentation, penetration, implementation & execution, and project follow up). Good understanding of product specification performance metrics.
- Ability to deliver engaging presentations.
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Team player with positive working attitude, dynamic, creative, drive for success and self-driven.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
