Lounge Attendant

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure the cleanliness lounge area is maintained on the daily basis.
- Need to be clean on all kind of dirt - dust & garbage.
- Complying with Open & Close procedures.
- Customer greeting - Meeting and greeting customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Achieve target sales by promoting to customer.
- In charge in payment counter by making sure that outgoing/ incoming transaction of money are that care or in line with MRS system.
- Handling daily cash, banking daily total sales & update in dedicated group chat.
- Responsible for daily, weekly and monthly reports.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Interact with customer to identify their requirement.
- Handle complaints, process customer needs and provide information about the company products and services.
- Invite, encourage, persuade & convince customer to generate sales.
- Preparing and serving food and drinks to customers and maintained the food & drinks stock level (selected branch only).
- Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by Superior (Branch Manager).

**Job Requirements**:

- 1-2 years' experience in related field.
