4e Exchange is seeking an experienced and result-driven Commodity Marketing Manager to join our team. As a globally leading financial derivatives trading platform, 4e Exchange offers diverse financial trading services and products. With our rich industry experience and advanced technological support, we provide users with comprehensive solutions for fiat and digital asset trading.

As the Commodity Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our commodity trading services. You will work closely with the marketing team to create engaging content, manage campaigns, and analyze market trends. Additionally, you will collaborate with other departments to optimize trading strategies and ensure a seamless user experience.

**Responsibilities and Functions**:

- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences
- Track industry trends and analysis of competitors.
- Develop and execute successful marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Manage and maintain media platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement marketing initiatives that align with company goals.
- Manage events such as trade shows and product launches.
- Analyse data to measure marketing effectiveness and make appropriate recommendations for improvement and enhancements.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, technologies and events.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in marketing, finance, economics, business management, or related fields.
- 5-7 years experience within marketing execution
- Possess at least 2 years of experience in exchange-related marketing roles.
- Outstanding communication and coordination abilities, able to communicate and collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Finance sector experience is a must.
- Project management and execution skills, capable of coordinating and driving multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective bi-lingual and be comfortable in working with and conversing in English and Chinese.
