Job description:
**Job Title**:Finance & Account Manager

**Department**:Finance & Account Department

**Reports to**:General Manager

**Minimum Requirement**
- Minimum Degree in Accountancy (Hons)
- 3-4 years experiences
- Experience in Credit Control
- Experience in handling full set of account
- Have knowledge in using UBS/Auto Count/any accounting system
- Knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
- Possess own transport

**Responsibilities & Duties**
- Provide leadership/direction which is aligned to the Company’s direction to department and staff.
- Responsible in developing Annual Business Plan for department which is aligned to the company’s direction. The Annual Business Plan shall include SWOT Analysis, Strategy, Action Plan and Budget.
- Responsible for the successful execution of the Annual Business Plan.
- Manage and lead the team to achieve the department’s plan. Ensure the team members are always adhere to the Terms & Conditions of the Employment, Rules & Regulations, Standard Operating Procedure of the Company and others provided by the management.
- Ensure the team deliver their job as per stated in the Job Description and provide relevant necessary formal and recorded training to enable them to meet the job competencies (knowledge and skills).
- Attend the training program, seminars and etc to broaden the outlook and share with other staff.
- Establishes internal controls and guidelines for accounting transactions and budget preparation.
- Oversees preparation of business activity reports, financial forecasts, and annual budgets.
- Oversees the production of periodic financial reports; ensure that the reported result comply with generally accepted accounting principles or financial reporting standards.
- Responsible for tax planning throughout the fiscal year; files annual corporate tax return.
- Review the financial records, such as balance sheets, cash flow statements, and tax returns.
- Analyzing a company's financial health, including income, expenses, assets, and liabilities.
- Internal and External Audits accounts to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations; coordinates with outside auditors and provide needed information for the annual external audit.
- Presents recommendations to management on short
- and long-term financial objectives and Identify potential areas of risk and providing solutions.
- Provide financial analysis with an emphasis on capital investments, pricing decisions and contract negotiations.
- Others lawful instructions of account & finance from immediate superior.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
