**Supervisor / Services Crew ( WAITER and WAITRESS )**

We are seeking experienced and passionate individuals to join our team as **Supervisor / Services Crew ( WAITER and WAITRESS )** at _Ombak Kitchen_. If you thrive in a fast-paced F&B environment and have strong leadership skills, we’d love to hear from you

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure high-quality customer service
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Lead and motivate staff to achieve service excellence
- Support company growth through idea sharing and project involvement
- Ensure operational standards and SOPs are met consistently
- Drive passion and excellence in the food & beverage industry

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in restaurant management (preferred)
- Diploma or Advanced Diploma (preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work shifts, including weekends and evenings
- Must be able to commute or relocate to **Kuala Lumpur** before starting work

**Job Type**: Full-time
**Salary**: RM1,800 - RM2,800 per month
