Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia SOGO (KL) Department Store Sdn Bhd Full time

**Responsibilities**:

- Working closely with head of department in developing marketing plans and strategies.
- Responsible for budget management & media planning, event execution, coordinating and liaising with a range of stakeholders including vendor/suppliers, sales floors operations, colleague and partner organizations.
- Take charge of set-up and all related coordination works, sourcing and securing best deals for the company.
- Basic writing and proofreading copy and content verification with stakeholders including immediate superior, sales departments and suppliers.
- Coordination with designer and copy writer on artwork preparation and content checking for Press Release for major events and festive periods.
- Coordination on publicity materials, both digital and traditional marketing such as flyers, newspaper, radio ads, Google Display Network, Facebook, Tik Tok, Instagram, Telegram, e-Newsletter, etc.
- Liaison with media houses, Government bodies (Ministries & DBKL) and banks.
- Liaising with printers, POS Malaysia and mailing house to ensure effective distribution of marketing materials and sales department on promotion and marketing support.
- Evaluate marketing campaigns and monitor competitor activities.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Marketing Communication, Advertising or equivalent.
- 4-5 years of experience as Marketing Executive or similar role.
- Experience in creating marketing campaign, marketing strategy and marketing plan.
- Excellent command of verbal and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Attention to details, strong organizational and planning abilities.
- Excellent communication and people skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
