Are you organized, good with a keyboard, and love a bit of everything in your day? We’re a small but busy team looking for an Admin Clerk to help keep things running smoothly — both in the office and with our online shop.
**Responsibilities**:
- Data entry and filing of documents
- Answering phone calls
- Preparing and organizing paperwork
- Assisting with invoicing and simple bookkeeping
- Helping manage the online shop (e.g., order processing, replying to customer inquiries)
- Other general office duties as required
**Requirements**:
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
