Are you an experienced leader in fund accounting ready to take the next step? We're looking for someone to lead a high-performing team responsible for NAV calculations and fund valuations for European-based investment funds. This is a key leadership role offering both operational responsibility and strategic oversight in a fast-paced, global environment.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of a fund accounting team, ensuring accurate and timely NAV calculations across a wide fund range.
- Act as the go-to escalation point for client queries and complex fund issues—your expertise will guide the resolution process.
- Drive operational excellence by monitoring performance, strengthening controls, and identifying process improvement opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, audit, and risk management standards, while delivering on client SLAs.
- Build and grow a strong team: hire, train, mentor, and lead with purpose.
- Participate in client meetings, oversight calls, and internal reviews to ensure stakeholder satisfaction and operational transparency.

**What we’re looking for**:

- 10+ years of experience in fund accounting or financial services, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of NAV processes, financial instruments, and fund structures (including private equity, real estate, or private debt is a plus).
- Proven track record in managing people, resolving complex operational issues, and driving process improvements.
- Confident communicator with strong English skills—comfortable speaking with global clients and internal teams.
- High attention to detail, with a proactive and solution-driven mindset.

Pay: From RM12,000.00 per month

Schedule:
