From crafting compelling content to engaging communities, your work will directly impact how people see, feel, and connect with our companies and/or clients. This is a hands-on role perfect for someone creative, curious, and driven to bring bold ideas to life across digital channels.

**Who We’re Looking For | Qualifications & Requirements**:

- A **deep passion** for social media, content, and digital culture.
- **Familiarity** with social media like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc...
- **Excellent written** and **verbal communication** skills.
- **Comfortable analyzing performance metrics** and turning them into actionable insights.
- Good **time management** and the **ability to juggle multiple deadlines**.
- A curious mind, collaborative attitude, and a **hunger to keep learning**.
- **Experience using** tools like **Hootsuite, Buffer, Later**, or native platform schedulers **is a plus**.
- Basic **design skills** (e.g. Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Express) **is a plus**

**What You’ll Be Doing | Key Responsibilities**:

- **Develop and execute** **social media strategies** to grow engagement and reach.
- **Curate and create content** tailored to each platform (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Monitor conversations, respond to comments, and **build a positive digital community**.
- **Collaborate** with designers, marketers, and writers **to bring ideas to life**.
- **Analyze** performance, **track** metrics, and **optimize** content based on insights.
- **Stay on top** of trends, new platform features, and social best practices.
- **Plan and coordinate** online campaigns to support wider marketing initiatives.
