**Requirements**:

- Fluent and proficient in English ,Mandarin, (written and spoken).
- Have strong negotiation and analytical skills
- Able to travel.
- Strong problem solving skill.
- Discipline, matured, proactive with sense urgency.

**Responsibilities**:

- Overall operation and management of the sales and material arrangement.
- To acquire, review, consolidate and disseminate customer specific requirement and special characteristics to Business Control department.
- Liaison with the customers for issue relating to pricing, delivery, quality and other requirements needed by the organization.
- Consolidate training plan for department.
- Review and approved customer order.
- Liaise Business Control department for the smooth planning of production schedule in order to meet customer delivery requirement.
- To assist in attending existing and new clients’ enquiries, feedbacks and complaints.
- Assist and carry out any other related function assigned by Department Manager.
