**Responsibilities** - Implement sales programs by developing action plans to maintain and grow the existing client portfolios. - Research and identify new business opportunities, follow up on potential business opportunities and convert potential prospect leads into accounts. - Arranging business meetings and one-on-one conversations with prospective clients to understand clients’ requirements and prepare business proposals. - Follow-up and ensure timely response to enquiries and assigned tasks. - Lead business negotiation, finalize deals with client and handover to Technical team for implementation. - To establish and sustain long-term relationship with clients by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities. - Having an in-depth knowledge of company’s offerings, services and value proposition. - Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies. - Conduct market analysis, survey and research to generate business opportunity, understand market trends, and update of competitors activities. - Maintain sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping with current requirements, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors. **Requirements**: - Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Communication or related courses. - At least 2 to 3 years of experience in Sales, Marketing or related field; preferably in IT industry. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. - Strong customer service experience with excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills. - Able to work independently as well as on a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, and multi-tasking environment. - Excellent time management, planning and organizational skills to meet goals and set priorities. - Self-motivated and self-directed, able to flourish with mínimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty. - Possess own transportation and willing to travel. - Effective "roll up the sleeve" work ethic.
