Customer Relation Executive

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:
1. To perform administrative and clerical function
2. Manage customer service experience by creating a supportive customer satisfaction work environment e.g. welcome, greet and direct customers, offer refreshment
3. Prepare and provide Customer Service Analysis report:
- a) Customer Focus Compliance Analysis
b) 72Hours callback
c) Complaint Analysis
d) CSI & SSI Trend Analysis
e) To prepare Minutes of meeting (MOM)
f) Other reports that are assigned by the Sales Managers
4. Perform all operational tasks as company policy guideline
5. To handle, track and resolve customer complaints
6. To manage service appointment system
7. To update customer complaint within 24Hours and ensure daily tracking and updates of customer complaints
8. Participate in required process improvements teams and project/ task forces as assigned by Sales Manager
**JOB REQUIREMENT**:
1. Minimum SPM / Certificate with 1 years working experience.
2. Minimum **2 years** of working experience with Customer Service line
3. Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills
4. Computer literate
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
