1. To learn and understand all operational task, scope and customer requirements and procedure.

2. To be responsible for stock transfer within plant activities.

3. To ensure accurate, prompt and up-to-date system entry.

4. Ensure all SLOC/Status Change transfer are executed within the window period provided.

5. To communicate with sub-con vendor on receiving goods & packaging material and update the receiving in the system (Physical at Sub-con Vendor)

6. Transfer finished goods in system after packing completed by sub-con vendor once the physical stock receives in YCH.

7. To manage system inventory of sub-con vendor in YCH system.

8. Coordinate closely with Sub-con vendor, inventory and warehouse team on any reversal or cancel item.

9. Ensure all info in WX3 is updated with correct info and transacted in appropriate manner.

10. To ensure proper filling system on the transfer record within plant.

11. To entertain customer enquiry regarding stock transfer status.

To process and manage customer sales orders in a timely manner.

13. Ensure all orders executed with picking list and invoices provided to warehouse for pick-packing by referring customer requirement. Make sure the invoices completed attached with PO/DO etc before pass to Ops.

14. Work closely with the team to trouble shooting (order execution) on any order mismatch, incomplete order or pack-size issue or in any relevant issue.

15. To booking window delivery time for DC customers.

16. To communicate with transporter regarding any priority order to be shipped out.

17. To maintain good relationship with customer and enhance customer service with all others related parties.

18. To maintain good and two ways communication with the superior and perform other job-related duties as and when requested by superior.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Education Level: SPM / Diploma
- Related Working Experience: Diploma (preferably in related field) or 1 year of experience (preferably related experience) if lower than Diploma Level (preferably in related field)
- Skill: Able to speak, read, write and understand Bahasa Malaysia and English. Computer literate
