**About the Role**
We’re looking for a proactive Founder’s Assistant to work directly with the founder of a fast-growing brand. Your job is to take whiteboard ideas and turn them into clear action plans, follow up with the team, and make sure projects move on time. This is not a typical PA role — you’ll be involved in strategy, execution, and growth projects across Malaysia, Singapore, and Indonesia.

**What You’ll Do**
- Join founder in brainstorming sessions and document action items.
- Turn ideas into project plans, reports, and task lists.
- Coordinate with managers (ops, marketing, R&D) and follow up deadlines.
- Prepare quick presentations, notes, and research for decision-making.
- Support special projects: new product launches, market expansion, campaigns.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Degree/Diploma in Business, Management, Marketing, or related field.
- 3-5 years experience in operations, admin, or project coordination.
- Strong with Google Suite, Excel, Notion/Canva.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and fast learner.
- Great communicator in BM & English.
- Proactive, structured, and not afraid to follow up with team members.
