**Store Operations**
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the boutique at all times.
- Assist in arranging product displays and visual merchandising.
- Manage fitting rooms, ensuring items are organized and returned properly.
- Ensure stock levels are adequate on the shop floor.

**Inventory & Stock Management**
- Assist with stock receiving, tagging, and arranging.
- Conduct regular stock counts and report discrepancies.
- Monitor product movement and highlight bestsellers/slow-moving items.

**Cashiering & Transactions**
- Handle cash, card, and e-wallet transactions accurately.
- Prepare daily sales reports and ensure records are updated.

**Marketing, Content & Promotions**
- Host live videos on social media platforms (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, Shopee) to showcase products and engage with customers online.
- Create engaging content (photos, short videos, captions) to promote new arrivals, promotions, and styling ideas.
- Assist in planning and executing boutique promotions, campaigns, and special events.
- Support social media engagement by replying to customer messages or comments when required.

**Other Duties**
- Work closely with the Boutique Manager/Supervisor to achieve sales targets.

**Requirement**:
**Qualifications**
- Experience in retail, boutique sales, or customer service preferred (fresh graduates welcome).
- Confident in social media use (TikTok, Instagram, Shopee) and comfortable with live hosting.

**Skills**
- Strong communication, sales, and customer service skills.
- Creative in styling, product presentation, and content creation.
- Basic fashion knowledge and visual merchandising sense.
- Able to handle POS systems and cash transactions.

**Attribute**
- Presentable, stylish, and passionate about fashion.
- Outgoing, energetic, and approachable personality.
- Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently or in a team.
- Willing to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
